Kaffee Soufflé
- 40 g
of butter
- 30 g
of flour
- 100
g of sugar
- 1/4
of liter of milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 spoons
of coffee extract
- Add
the milk to the sugar and the extract of coffee - boil them
- Make
a béchamel with the butter and the flour
- Add
the milk into the pan, by moving, to obtain a smooth and thick preparation.
- Separate
the white of eggs from the yellow. Outside the fire, add the yellow
one by one by moving for a long time. Beat the whites in snow.
Incorporate delicately the whites into the preparation.
- Fill
it into a buttered mould, cook it in the oven for about 35 minutes,
around 180 °c.
