In July 2008 Sportswear International magazine (founded in 1975) launched the new online appearance.
The Content
Sportswear International publishes online throughout the day breaking news, find there a preview to the actual printed pages presenting photo shoots and business related features such as access to trade show dates, a sign in for the biweekly newsletter (for free), or an access to the magazine’s online database of industry contacts (for subscribers of the printed magazine), ...
The Design
The new look of sportswearnet.com coincides with the recent makeover of the printed magazine, which unveiled a fresh new look and logo with issue #219 (May/June 2008). Like the print edition, the relaunched site reflects a dynamic, modern and sleek aesthetic. The "Shop", "MarketNews", ... are easy to find on the website, created by the Frankfurt-based design agency of SamArt Gbr.
The Shop
Beneath publishing the printed magazine, Sportswear International is famous for its books, in the meanwhile standard literature in the bookshelf of fashion professionals: "Who's Who in Contemporary Fashion", "The Denim Bible" and "Open - The Storebook Volume 1" are furthermore on the new designed website available. In December 2008 you can find there the brand new "Sports Bible", a reference book covering the inextricably linked worlds of sports and fashion > sportswearnet.com
