The story line changes without caution!

The new music video by The Mynabirds has inspired the vintage outfit made of modern high-tech sportswear and environmental friendly pieces on this page. The Mynabirds' video has a dusty atmosphere spiced with weird humor which expresses best the style of the ones who are taking not everything too seriously.

The story line of the video changes without caution such as the 30s style outfit is unpredictably made of modern pieces and high-tech materials.

Additionally, Fashionoffice was influenced for this styling by the unpredictable 1920/30ies Flapper Girls, who have changed with their uncommon behaviour the view on modern women; they were driving cars, bicycles, and were flying airplanes.

One very prominent Flapper girl was Dorothy Parker (1893 – 1967), writer and journalist at Vogue, Vanity Fair, and The New Yorker. She once said: "You can't teach an old dogma new tricks."

By the way: if you like 'Sex and the City' and want to know more about the style of past times, read Dorothy Parker's short stories about love and life during the 1930s in New York.
