The American ski and board sport label K2 (founded 1961, a pioneer of fibreglass skiers - today even bikes and apparel, etc) invites to the special women's camps for beginners and advanced skiers and a 'Rocker'-test weekend. The 'Rocker'-technology is derived from board sports. The form of the skiers requires less usage of energy - more information on skiing.about.com.

Camp visitors are supported with tips and tricks by women from the K2-team in Laax (CH) from 2 to 4 Dec 2011; St-Luc (CH) 13 - 15 Jan 2012; Allgäu and Tannheimer Tal (DE) 21 - 22 Jan 2012; Kleinwalsertal (AT) 27 - 31 Jan 2012; etc.
