Dresses in European mountain style

...for the beer party 'Oktoberfest' which originates originally from Munich, the capital city of Bavaria in Germany. The party belongs to the world largest parties and is celebrated under the motto 'O'zapft is' (means that the beer barrel is broached) in many cities, not only in Munich where the dates are scheduled this year from 22 September to 7 October 2012. The party is well organized such as the Bavarian Red Cross runs until 31 August a user voting for this year's button for the outfits of the voluntarists.

In August 2012, the Munich based label ENA-Trachten by the designers Verena and Tanja Brock presents some pieces for the traditional European Alps festival such as the two outfits on this page. The left dress is called 'Lola' and combines 50ies vintage-style with Bavarian folk; the dress can be worn with or without blouse.

For the more elegant dress ('Sophia' on the mannequin with the jacket 'Jacky') on the photo right, the Brock sisters were inspired by the Bavarian folk tradition and ethno-look and combined both impressions into one design.
