sides) chicken breast into the oil
the breast are golden brown, give them out of the pan and add the garlic
and onions into the pan and let them simmer a short time until the
onions look "glassy"

all simmer in white wine around 10 minutes - flavor with mixed pepper,
curry, add small cutted ingwer
creme fraiche, let it simmer with a shot wine, spice it with few salt
serving, spice it with parsley.
