Ingredients: (4 persons)

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 4 pieces of chicken (breasts)
  • 1 spoon ingwer
  • olive oil
  • mixed pepper
  • salt
  • curry (medium)
  • white wine
  • 4 spoons creme fraiche
  • 2 spoons parsley
  • 250 gr. wild rice

Instructions:

  1. olive oil in the pan
  2. when you smell the olives put the spiced (salt and pepper them on both sides) chicken breast into the oil
  3. when the breast are golden brown, give them out of the pan and add the garlic and onions into the pan and let them simmer a short time until the onions look "glassy"
  4. reenter the breasts into the pan
  5. let all simmer in white wine around 10 minutes - flavor with mixed pepper, curry, add small cutted ingwer
  6. Add creme fraiche, let it simmer with a shot wine, spice it with few salt
  7. Before serving, spice it with parsley.
