indian fusioned potatoes

Ingredients: (4 persons)

  • 800 gr. potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 3 garlics
  • 3 spoons ingwer
  • olive oil
  • 2 spoons coriander
  • mixed pepper
  • curry (medium)
  • salt

Instructions:

  1. cook the potatoes 10 minutes
  2. cut each potatoe in four pieces (don´t peel them, if they are premium quality)
  3. enter olive oil into the pan
  4. put the small cutted garlic and oninos into the warm olive oil
  5. let them simmer until they are glassy
  6. put the cutted potatoes into the pan - spice them with mixed pepper
  7. after around 4 minutes mix ingwer and curry under the potatoes - let them fry 4 minutes
  8. mix it with salt and coriander
