Content-free and arbitrariness

I don't know what the content of Austria's pavilion at this year's Biennale in Venice (1 June - 24 November 2013) will be. And it isn't important anyway! Since I received an 'Integrationsvereinbarung' with the order to sign it this month in May - Integrationsvereinbarungen are made for people who are 'aliens', immigrants in Austria - I am confused about my nationality. My 'state'-status is experienced by my country obviously as 'state-free'. I tried to find out which data in my official state profile caused the submission of an 'Integrationsvereinbarung'. Until today, I don't know why they have sent me an order to sign such a contract. Anyway; the Integrationsvereinbarung has caused that I feel like betrayed from my partner in love and 'divorced' by the authorities; now, it's an emotional matter.

I hope you understand that under these circumstances I won't research the content of the Austrian pavilion in Venice for writing about it. You have to search by your own for more information about the Austrian representation on http://labiennalevenezia.at/.

If you have never heard before something about the 'Integrationsvereinbarung' for people from other states in Austria, you can check it out here: help.gv.at/Portal.Node/hlpd/public/content/12/Seite.120500.html.
