Opening day of Vienna Fashion Week 13

Yesterday on 10 September 2013, Vienna Fashion Week opened with catwalk shows and live performances by Martin Meister and the 3Maederlhouse at the culture center Museumsquartier.

The people enjoyed the evening which was introduced by one of the financing partners, the Austrian Federal Ministry for Education, the Arts and Culture and started with the impressing music live performance of Martin Meister (new album 'Generations', 18 Sept) whose Marc Almond/Fad Gadget alike voice over electro disco sound accompanied the parade of fashion pieces from the collections which will be shown on the following days from 11th to 15th September 2013.

The opening day was closed by the runway show of Susanne Bisovsky's Austrian Tracht interpretations (more about 'Tracht' in general) and with the applause of the audience.
