This dress contains different cultures and traditions! Caravana works for this collection with silk chiffon, silk georgette, swiss voille and linen which are handcrafted by artisans throughout Central Asia, namely the Sub Continent. The fusion of the traditional handcraft techniques with contemporary applications and cuts are the signature of Caravana. next >>>

Cathy Braid studied womenswear design at East Sydney until 1998 and was awarded the Young designer of the Year, and in 2000 and 2001 with the Queen’s Trust to study at Central St Martins College in London. During this time Cathy worked as Design Assistant for Burberry.
