Finnish designer Paola Suhonen has created the fragile and edgy "Diamond, Stripes and Revolver” collection, reflected on a romantic northern lovestory, inspired by a Slavic legend: "He was called Jack Diamond and he looked like Jack White, from White Stripes. ...". Award winning Finnish photographer Elina Brotherus and Paola Suhonen have worked together on the visualisation of "... He drowned me into the flood of love. photo: Elina Brotherus lives and works in France and in Finland. For her work she has received e.g. the Prix Niepce, Carnagie art Award’s young artist’s scholarship and Fotofinlandia. Her monograph books include The New Painting ( Next Level. London 2005) and etudes d’ après modèle, danseurs (editions Textuel, Paris, coming out in November 2007). Her collaboration with IVANAhelsinki is the first time she works for a fashion label.
