Fashion Cookture

The South-Tyrolean Roland Trettl, cook at the "Ikarus" in Hangar-7, Salzburg, and Helge Kirchberger, art-consulter and photographer for clients such as VW or Audi, present circa 50 photographies about "Fashion Food" for two days in September 2008 at the NRW-Forum Kultur und Wirtschaft in Düsseldorf.

The collaboration began with a misunderstanding: Helge Kirchberger was searching for an expert about food and has found a "food couturier". You can see on the photos Roland Trettl making fashion with vegetables, sea fruits, eggs, ... such as the "Running Sushi" on this site.
