Q-Stool, designed by Danny Venlet for Viteo VITEO 2008
URBAN COLLECTION by DANNY VENLET

Q-Stool, designed by Danny Venlet for Viteo

Austrian architect Wolfgang Pichler produces outdoor furniture designed by international creatives, such as this chic Q-Stool, designed by the Belgian-Australian Danny Venlet under the world wide selling brand Viteo (established 2001). The brands name Viteo is derived from Latin viteus (the vine) and is an homage to the beauty of the natural surroundings in the wine region of southern Styria, where the company is based.

In 2008 Viteo presents several collections which look great in the garden. Even a Sound Collection (! outdoor speakers !) can be found there this year. The Q-Stool is a piece from the Urban Collection that was developed by the Belgian-Australian designer Danny Venlet.

World traveller and lateral thinker Danny Venlet originally designed the stool for an Australian club. The interior designer loves holistic compositions made of simple and uncomplicated forms. For the designer the pieces have to be intelligent and effective to make life easy going. The Q-Stool has in the Viteo Collection an Outdoor Skai fitting (in white, cocoa, blue, lemon) and watertight seams that make it perfect for use in the open.

How to use it: as a foot stool, a doorstop, a plaything for children, an umbrella stand for the hallway, big artifical tulips in the garden,...
